Sae Rome is a Postdoc Fellow in Mechanical Science and Engineering as well as Cancer Center at Illinois. She received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame.  She is the recipient of the Winkelman-Davidson Fellowship from the Graduate School at Purdue and SIRG Graduate Research Award from Purdue Insitute for Cancer Research. She was an undergraduate research assistant during Summer 2018.
